We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:
Winery Hospitality Associate
- Host and welcome guests with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel like part of our wine-loving family.
- Prepare for parties and events, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in decorating, setting up, and creating an inviting ambiance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding guests through our wine selection, recommending pairings, and sharing your passion and knowledge about our Wine Clubs and wines.
- Engage guests in lively conversations, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Assist with event coordination, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for attendees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, event areas, and other designated spaces.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, from opening and closing procedures to inventory management.
- Embrace set-up and cleanup tasks with dedication and precision, understanding their significance in delivering exceptional experiences.
- Continuously expand your wine knowledge, staying up to date with our offerings, and sharing insights with guests.
- Exemplify our commitment to outstanding hospitality, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
- Articulate the Koi Zen Brand, explaining our wines, our story and giving recommendations of wines to guests and members.
- Work together with the team to reach daily and monthly sales goals.
- Promote Koi Zen Cellars Wine Club Memberships
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make people feel welcome, valued, and special.
- Sales skills to offer guests options for wine club and wine purchases.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for wine and a desire to expand your knowledge in the field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed during busy periods.
- Ability to work ahead and see what needs to be done when times are slow
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds and be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

- Primary shifts are Fridays 2:30-9:30, Saturdays 1:30 – 9:30, and Sundays 12-7 (some Thursdays are also available)
- $18 per hour + shared tips
